SkitSpark.ai offers both free and paid tiers. Free accounts receive a limited number of daily generations. Paid subscriptions provide higher usage limits. • Credits and daily limits are subject to change with reasonable notice • Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@skitspark.ai
You agree not to use SkitSpark.ai to: • Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform • Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the generation system • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
SkitSpark.ai provides content ideas and creative assistance only. We make no guarantees that: • Any generated content will go viral, achieve views, likes, or engagement • Generated ideas will result in business growth, sales, or revenue • Content will be appropriate for all platforms or audiences • Results will meet your specific creative or business goals Use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkitSpark.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
