We want you to feel confident using SkitSpark.ai. Please read this policy carefully to understand how refunds and cancellations work.
SkitSpark.ai is a digital subscription service that provides AI-generated content ideas and tools. Because our service is delivered digitally and content generation begins immediately upon use, special considerations apply to refunds as described below.
When you purchase a SkitSpark.ai subscription or credits: • Your subscription provides access to the paid plan you purchased for that billing period • Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date • You will be notified of any changes to subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice
We want you to be satisfied with SkitSpark.ai. Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances: • You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge or technical billing fault) • The service was completely unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side • You contact us within 7 days of your initial subscription charge and have not made significant use of the service To request a refund, please email support@skitspark.ai with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds: • You have already used a significant portion of your subscription period or credits • You changed your mind after purchase • You did not achieve the results you expected from AI-generated content • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions • Partial months or unused days remaining on a canceled subscription
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or notice an unexpected transaction, please contact us as soon as possible at support@skitspark.ai. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you have questions about a specific transaction, we may direct you to your payment provider for additional details. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for any approved refunds to appear on your statement.
You may cancel your SkitSpark.ai subscription at any time: • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period • You will retain access to your current paid plan until your billing period ends • After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier • To cancel, manage your subscription through your account settings or contact support@skitspark.ai
